V8 Hotend

Meet the V8 hotend. A direct drop in upgrade for all V6 equipped machines.

Add a bowden coupler in case needed (bowden setup requires 1x M6 bowden coupler), DD stup will either use a small PTFE tube (in BMG for example) or a spacer that you may download and print here
